2. Product Authenticity & Pricing
All equipment sold is 100% genuine and original professional grade. Prices listed in KSh (Kenyan Shillings) are subject to stock availability and confirmation at order placement.
3. Delivery & Warranty
Products come with a standard manufacturer/store warranty where specified. Delivery arrangements and timelines are communicated prior to dispatch.
4. 24-Hour Return Policy
Clients may initiate a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving their equipment. To qualify for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Any defect or damage upon delivery must be reported to our customer care within 24 hours of receipt.
